Enthalpy-injection system

1、The air-injection enthalpy system for air to water heat pump is a new system consisting of an air-injection enthalpy compressor, air-injection enthalpy technology, and a high-efficiency sub-cooler. The combination of these three technologies provides highly efficient performance. It is an organic whole, that is, a high-efficiency enthalpy-injection compressor, a high-efficiency sub-cooler and an economizer formed by an electronic expansion valve, and a high-efficiency heat exchanger together form an energy-efficient air-injection system.

2、The enthalpy-injected compressor of low temperature heat pumps adopts Copeland Scroll compressor patented technology. The enthalpy-injection technology is based on the enthalpy-injection compressor and optimizes the medium-pressure section refrigerant injection technology. The principle is as follows. The intermediate pressure suction orifice draws in a portion of the intermediate pressure gas, which is mixed with the partially compressed refrigerant and then compressed to achieve two compression stages with a single compressor. This k can increase the refrigerant flow in the condenser and increase the enthalpy difference of the main circulation circuit, thus greatly improving the efficiency of the compressor.

3、The high-efficiency sub-cooler of air source heat pump also plays a key role in the whole system. On the one hand, it subcools the refrigerant of the main circulation circuit before throttling to increase the enthalpy difference. On the other hand, it properly preheats the low-pressure cryogenic refrigerant in the auxiliary circuit after the electronic expansion valve has been depressurized to reach a suitable medium pressure. It is then supplied to the compressor for secondary compression.



High-efficiency S&C heat exchanger

1、Compact and highly efficient. The high-efficiency heat exchanger tube of low temperature heat pumps has 3.7 times more heat transfer area than the bare tube. The ribs on the outside of the tube cause strong turbulence of the refrigerant, so the heat transfer efficiency is greatly improved.

2、Counter-current arrangement. Cooling water circuit and refrigerant circuit counter-flow arrangement can ensure the outlet refrigerant subcooling degree, and improve the system efficiency of low temperature heat pumps.

3、The high-efficiency heat exchanger of inverter air source house heating heat pump can accommodate a large temperature difference between the inlet and outlet water. This can reduce the amount of condensate circulation, reduce the size of the condensate water pipe and circulation pump specifications, and reduce the pump power as well as operating costs.

4、Freeze-cleanable. Spiral coil, smooth water flow, easy-to-implement freeze cleaning.

5、Small gap between refrigerant circuit and shell, which will not cause stagnation of lubricating oil and can ensure oil return.


Intelligent defrosting


The low temperature heat pump has advanced defrost control mode to ensure that there is frost defrost, no frost is not mistakenly defrosted. Defrosting conditions include the following three. First, the coil temperature should be less than -7℃. Second, defrost interval should be more than 45mins. Third, the heat production decay should be 20%, adjustable.
